FY 2021 (July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021)

Annual Dues Notice

Dear Fellow Rotarian:

The annual dues for the new fiscal year which begins on July 1st are $180, the same amount as last year.  Please send in your dues check by JUNE 25, 2020. This is because we are required to report our membership count to District and Rotary International as of July 1^st, and are immediately invoiced for District and International dues based on the reported member count. We cannot afford to pay for members who have not paid their annual dues.

The Board of Directors encourages members to consider adding a $50 donation to Rotary Foundation.  This will help the Club work toward the goal of "Every Member, Every Year" for Rotary Foundation support.  If you write a separate check to the Rotary Foundation, it will be credited as a tax deductible donation by you to Rotary Foundation.

Dues must be paid by June 25, 2020 or a late fee of $25.00 will be assessed.  If dues are not received within 30 days after the beginning of the fiscal year (i.e.by July 31), the club will assume that you are withdrawing from membership of the Hanover Rotary Club.
