It will be an important meeting this week as we discuss future plans for the club. An ad hoc group has met several times over the past two months and come up with some ideas. After getting feedback from this week's meeting, plans will be finalized and unveiled at the March 1 meeting. The club will continue to meet at Jesse's through the remainder of March and the new plan will be effective starting in April.
UPCOMING EVENTS
Saturday, February 11, 2023: Styrofoam will be collected to keep it out of landfill and recycle it into something useful. Collection is at Hanover Public Works, 194 Lebanon Street (just down the road from Jesse's). We need Rotarians to volunteer! Volunteers will arrive at 9:30, be briefed, collections will start at 10:00 and end at noon. Please contact Bruce Atwood if you are able to help (his email address is bta@attewode.com).
April 28-30: District 7850 Conference and Celebration 2023 at Jay Peak Resort! Activities highlight Youth & Storytelling with plenty of time to enjoy social gatherings and the Resort. Bring a guest! Early bird discount of $25 for registrations prior to 02/15/23. Register here.
September 30 - October 14: Hanover and Lebanon Rotary Clubs hosting Rotarians and their spouses from Scotland. We need Rotarians to provide accommodations and to drive them to activities while they're here. Dick Podolec (dickpodolec@comcast.net) is coordinating for Hanover Rotary and would like to know who is willing to help.

February 15 - Oleksandr Zavalov, Dartmouth undergraduate from Ukraine and founder of FutureVia, will tell us about this charity he founded to help child victims of Russia's war.
February 22 - Phil Hanlon, President of Dartmouth College, will update as on the state of the college as he approaches retirement.
March 1 - Future plans for the Hanover Rotary will be announced to start in April.
