Patricia is an independent personal property appraiser accredited by the American Society of Appraisers. For fifteen years she was a Principles of Valuation instructor for the American Society of Appraisers, she served three terms on the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation, and for three years she was a member of the Advisory Council of the Internal Revenue Service (IRSAC).
